Sparkles gives every employee at a company the ability to make code changes without knowing Git or engineering workflows. A technical admin connects a GitHub repository once, and from then on non-engineers, such as marketers or support staff, can open pull requests through a web app or Slack by describing what they want in plain language. Coding agents execute the work inside isolated sandboxes, replacing the back-and-forth between non-technical teammates and the dev team for small but recurring code edits.
