Skillsync builds a tool that makes AI coding session context portable across agents and teammates. Engineers working with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and other local coding agents can resume any session on a different agent mid-stream without re-explaining prior work. It replaces the manual effort of reconstructing context each time an engineer switches tools or collaborators.
