About Klarify
Summary
Klarify builds an AI agent for therapists that handles the administrative and clinical paperwork surrounding therapy: session notes, treatment plans, clinical letters, insurance claims, supervision prep, and client acquisition. It targets independent and small-practice therapists who currently spend hours outside sessions on work that practice management software records but cannot perform. Klarify replaces that manual back-office burden so therapists can direct their time to client care.
Go-to-market
Therapists in private or small-group practice are the primary buyers, and the product is built around tasks they already do daily, lowering the barrier to adoption.

AI Agent for Therapists
Klarify handles every job a therapist does other than the therapy itself, from clinical notes and treatment plans to insurance claims and finding new clients. Therapists hold the world together. They also run businesses, file insurance claims, write letters, fill forms, supervise new grads, and do hours of paperwork every night. Practice management software has existed for decades. It records what therapists do. It can't actually do any of it. Klara is the AI at the heart of Klarify. She handles notes, treatment plans, clinical letters, insurance claims, between-session resources, supervision prep, and finding new clients. Nearly 8,300 therapists use Klarify today. Our mission is to empower therapists, not replace them. So they can focus on the one thing only a human can do. Be present with their client.
