About Vesence
Summary
Vesence builds an agent-native workspace for law firms, banks, investment firms, and consulting teams, embedding AI agents directly into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Lawyers use it to draft and review contracts, run due diligence, and prepare transaction documents, work that today is done manually inside plain Microsoft Office with no intelligent assistance. The product replaces that unassisted drafting and review process by letting agents do the execution while the professional reviews and decides.
