Summary
Verdant builds planning and permitting software for local government, replacing paper-based intake, manual plan review, and disconnected hearing workflows with a single platform. Municipal planning departments use it to receive resident applications, mark up submitted plans, run commission votes, and keep zoning ordinances current, all without re-keying data between steps. It also lets planners benchmark their codes against peer jurisdictions and draft cleaner ordinances directly in the tool.
