Summary
Trim builds a foundation model for physics that simulates real-world physical systems evolving over time. Where traditional simulators scale exponentially or polynomially with problem size, Trim's Transformer architecture uses linear-attention to scale linearly in both dimensions and grid size. This makes latency-sensitive tasks such as autonomous vehicle path planning orders of magnitude faster, and previously infeasible tasks such as gravitational wave detection computationally tractable.
