Trellis is building toward a new hospitality platform: one that does not just help guests find homes, but actually operates them with agents. Our first wedge is short-term rental property managers, replacing their fragmented stack across guest messages, tasks, cleaners, maintenance, vendors, and owner updates with agents that run operations end-to-end. In two months, we’ve grown to $500k ARR across 35 customers and 3000 listings, growing around 15% week over week, with one customer already running day-to-day operations with no human involved.
