Summary
Sorcerer deploys a global network of high-altitude balloons to collect atmospheric data and power high-resolution weather forecasts. The network targets gaps over oceans and low-latitude regions where ground-based stations are sparse or absent, replacing a dependence on that thin existing infrastructure.
