Summary
Scoop builds AI agents that automate the preparation and ongoing maintenance of IND submissions for biotech companies. It ingests scientific reports, CMC packages, and supporting documents, then generates submission-ready regulatory narratives with full traceability to source files and automatic detection of cross-module inconsistencies. The product replaces the months of manual document consolidation that regulatory affairs teams, CROs, and consultants currently perform to get a drug candidate to its first-in-human trial.
