Summary
Parametric builds robots for frontline physical labor, starting with commercial laundry. Where conventional robots train on large generic datasets, Parametric's robots learn from each customer's own quality standards through an automated reward pipeline that pairs direct customer feedback with a judge model. The result is a robot that can meet the specific, idiosyncratic requirements of individual physical businesses rather than a one-size-fits-all average.

Existing robots learn generic averages from massive datasets. Our robots learn from customer feedback. We solve the RL feedback loop for robotics, allowing our robots to learn from your specific standards via an automated reward pipeline that combines customer feedback with an intelligent judge model. This is the only way to capture the multi-trillion dollar “long tail” of unique, high-aggregate-value business tasks.
