About Maihem
Summary
Maihem builds an AI control layer for welding robots that lets manufacturers automate welding on high-mix, variable parts without programming, teach pendants, or roboticists. A vision system and on-device AI model plan the weld path and adapt to each part in real time, replacing the manual programming work a skilled operator or robotics integrator would otherwise do. The target customer is any manufacturer running a robot cell who currently cannot justify or staff a full robotics team.
Go-to-market
Manufacturers book a free assessment call, after which Maihem delivers an automation plan within 24 hours and installs its hardware in under an hour, making the entry point low-friction and sales-assisted rather than self-serve.

Adaptive AI welding robots for manufacturers of any scale
Our mission is to empower every manufacturer, no matter their scale, to invent and build anything using intelligent robots. Today’s industrial robots are fast but "blind". They struggle with any task that isn't perfectly repetitive. We are building the eyes and brain (a proprietary vision system and AI model) that allow industrial robots to see, reason, and perform complex work with sub-millimeter accuracy and the adaptability of a human expert. We are witnessing the start of a new industrial revolution: an era of advanced manufacturing powered by AI and robotics. We aim to lead this shift by putting these tools into the hands of every manufacturer, ensuring the power to invent and build at scale isn’t a privilege of the few.
