LineWise is building an AI assistant for manufacturing teams to operate and resolve production issues, from defects to breakdowns. LineWise automatically extracts frontline know-how from live video recordings, turning them into structured SOPs and training guides. It also ingests generated SOPs, machine manuals, and past breakdown logs to suggest the most probable root causes when issues occur. Operators receive step-by-step guided troubleshooting, and as they confirm outcomes, LineWise learns from each resolution - converting every fix into a reusable playbook and proactively recommending preventive actions to cut future downtime.
