Summary
Glen builds a shared memory and context layer for companies running AI coding agents. It continuously captures agent sessions from tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor alongside Slack messages, GitHub pull requests, tickets, calls, and docs, then automatically injects relevant prior context into each new agent prompt. This replaces the manual work of re-briefing agents and eliminates the repeated token cost and quality loss that comes from agents starting every task cold.
