Summary
Experiential Labs builds an open-source AI gateway that routes traffic across hosted providers, customer-supplied API keys, and private GPUs through a single endpoint at provider cost. On top of routing, an intelligence layer watches live traffic to recommend cheaper or faster models, improve cache hit rates, and fine-tune a customer-owned model on their own workflows, replacing frontier models at a fraction of the cost and latency. The target customer is any team spending on AI inference that wants cost control, model flexibility, and continuous optimization without rebuilding their stack.
