Summary
Delty builds an AI workforce platform for value-based care organizations, serving health plans, IPAs, ACOs, and medical groups. It deploys role-specific AI copilots across risk adjustment, quality and Stars, pharmacy, provider network, and care management, each drawing from a single shared record ingested from claims, EHR, pharmacy, lab, and ADT feeds. The platform replaces manual gap-closure workflows, BI ticket queues, and meeting-prep work that currently consumes care operations teams.
Go-to-market
Value-based care operators, including Medicare Advantage plans, delegated-risk IPAs, and MSSP ACOs, are the buyers; they engage through a booking flow on the website and work with the platform across multiple clinical and administrative roles.
