Summary
Atum Works builds scalable 3D lithography equipment for semiconductor manufacturing, targeting the fabrication of arbitrary 3D metal structures at submicron resolution. The technology extends chip scaling into the vertical dimension, replacing the planar constraints of conventional lithography with a foundry-grade 3D printing process. It addresses the work currently done by 2D lithography systems that cannot produce complex three-dimensional metal geometries at wafer scale.
