Arzana
Arzana is a YC Spring 2026 (P26) company. Based in San Francisco, CA, USA. Team of 5.
About Arzana
Summary
Arzana builds AI agents that automate the back-office work inside manufacturing companies: quoting incoming RFQs, entering purchase orders into an ERP, processing invoices, and prospecting for new customers. Each deployment trains on a specific shop's historical jobs, cost models, and tribal knowledge, so the agents handle work that previously required dedicated office staff. The company plans to extend from office automation into direct control of shop-floor machinery and robots.
Business model
Custom agent deployments billed to manufacturers, with a book-a-demo sales entry point.
Go-to-market
Arzana targets small and mid-sized US manufacturers across sectors such as machining, packaging, and fabrication, selling through a direct sales motion where prospects book a demo and receive a deployment built on their own shop data.
From the Y Combinator listing
The autonomous ERP for every manufacturer
Arzana trains custom models on a factory's historical data and use them to deploy agents that automate their quoting, order entry, invoicing, and other repetitive office work. We've saved our customers over $1M in avoided staff costs. In the future, we'll expand into shop-floor automation, sending instructions to machinery and robots to produce the orders that our office agents processed. By 2035, we aim to fully automate 10,000 American factories.
