For individual knowledge workers, it captures how work actually gets done, replacing the manual effort of writing documentation, prompting agents with context, or onboarding AI tools from scratch each time. At the team and company level, those learned patterns accumulate into a shared intelligence layer, turning tacit organizational knowledge into something models can act on continuously.
