Taan builds foundation music models that do what you tell them to, when you tell them to. We're starting with music for video. Give Taan a video and it watches it, then composes an original score that follows the emotion and timing of every cut. If the scene is tense for 10 seconds and then turns happy, the music changes at that exact moment. You get back a fully mixed .mp4. Agents and apps call Taan through our API, so any video tool can add scored, synced music with one call. Today's music models can make catchy tracks, but you can't steer them. Ask for "violin at exactly the 11th second" and they usually skip it. We trained Taan from the ground up for control. We measured Taan on prompt adherence and instruction success. And against every leading model we tested, Taan was at least 4x better. We work with teams building video agents, ad and creative tools, micro-dramas and games. We're musicians and ML researchers. Adithya (CEO) comes from eight generations of Indian classical musicians, tours as a metal guitarist, has done music ML research since 2023, and has filed two patents on music generation architectures. Devansh (CTO) did signal-processing research at IIT Kanpur and was previously an ML engineer at American Express.
